This Application helps you organize your tasks efficiently. To ensure your data is safe and accessible across your devices, we use secure cloud storage solutions provided by Google.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to operate, improve, and secure our Application.

Information You Provide:

  • Checklists and User Content: The checklists, notes, and tasks you create are stored securely in our cloud database (Google Firestore).
  • Account Information: We use Firebase Authentication to manage secure access. This creates an anonymous user ID to link you to your data without revealing your identity.

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage Data (Analytics): We use Amplitude and Google Analytics for Firebase. These tools track interactions such as screen views, button clicks, and session duration to help us understand how the app is used.
  • Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics. If the app crashes, it automatically sends a report containing technical details (e.g., device model, operating system, and crash traces) to help us fix the bug.
  • Advertising Identifiers: Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect device identifiers (like IDFA or Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we process your data based on the following grounds:

  • Contractual Necessity: We process your checklists and account data to provide the service you expect (i.e., saving and syncing your lists).

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Google Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions) stores and processes your data. Google adheres to strict security standards.

  • Advertising: Google AdMob serves ads within the app.

6. Service Plans and Access

The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock Pro features. All transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to validate your subscription. They process anonymous IDs and purchase history to ensure you get the features you paid for.

7. Data Security and GDPR

We use Google Cloud Firestore to store your data. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on Google's servers.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We store your data only as long as you have an active account.

How to Delete Your Data:
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (checklists, history, account info) directly within the app by using the "Delete Account" option in Settings. This action is immediate and irreversible.
